Social Responsibilities and Business Ethics in HR
First, diversity and inclusion should be an ethical consideration in HR practices. Those companies that are nurtured with diverse hiring and inclusive environments tend to develop an atmosphere in which staff feel important and genuinely empowered. Various research findings on this subject show that diversity facilitates better innovation and problem-solving, hence yielding an overall better performance from the organization.

Human resource departments must ensure that local and international labor laws are adhered to by applying the principles of good wages, safety in working conditions, and no discrimination practices.
