Compliance and Regulatory Changes in Employment Law Impact on Organization
The critical areas where the society has changed involves increasing pressure with regards to employee entitlements and protections. Organizations have to keenly consider the complicated regulations and ensure that working-from-home staff enjoys equal protection and benefits just like other employees who are office-based. This challenge can be met if HR takes a more proactive role in becoming informed about and compliant with the constantly changing legal standards.
